HI, Why is it cheaper to buy two the same seperately, Verus buying a pair together?

Is this easy to connect to a pc? my son who is a gamer and likes listening to music wants a decent speaker for his omen pc. will one speaker suffice?

You will need some form of interface between the speakers and the PC, if he wants a quick connection studio monitors won't be the way to go, but they will be the best sounding speakers he can get.

Do these speakers require an amplifier, or is a USB interface alone enough?
