So far so great!
I bought a different brand of a vitamin b complex and it’s a good brand but I got the worst stomach ache and nausea from it and after doing some more research, realized that it’s a common reaction. Turns out there is a plant based version and I like this brand as well, and it’s great! I took it today on an empty stomach to see what would happen and I had a single burp. That’s it. And I’m fine with that lol I will update in the future on whether or not this helped me in any way. The pills are red and very minty btw. You can taste the mint as soon as u put in in ur mouth. It’s not an issue tho.

All vitamins B’s in one pill
I like the fact of having all forms of vitamin B in one pill. It’s almost impossible to eat our way into good health so this is a good alternative

Nice size, good product.
I guess it is sustaining my health as a supplement. I like the soft gels and the size. It goes into my throat easier.

No idea if this is even working
Are these working? I honestly have no idea as I’m only on my second bottle. I will note that this product tastes horrible too and it leaves a nasty after taste, at least to me it does.
