Excellent!
Bought it to fit a Sony Vaio (two laptops, in fact); fitted perfectly and without fuss. Easy to identify the correct fitting and power setting (look underneath your laptop for the voltage rating to suit). Also tried with Acer laptops - also works without any problem. Nice lightweight device, easy to use. Very versatile and will save a lot of money in the future should another charger fail. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! HIGHLY Likely it will fit your laptop, despite the limited list of names - if you look closely at the packaging photo, it lists far more makes all around the edge.

Works well for most laptops
This charger was tested with two different machines. The first was an ancient IBM Thinkpad T41. It worked perfectly, perhaps taking slightly longer to fully charge a completely flat battery than the official charger. This suggests that its 95W power capability is somewhat exaggerated, but would cause no problems in real-life use.The second machine tested was a DELL Latitude D630. Unlike the IBM, this was NOT on the compatibility list. The adaptor marked 'HP' fitted however, and there was an appropriate voltage available on the selector. Booting the machine with the adaptor powering it resulted in an error message that the power supply may not be the correct one. There is an option to allow start-up anyway, or to ignore all future adaptor warnings. Selecting the option to allow start-up resulted in the machine booting normally.Once running, the LED to show battery state did not illuminate, and the on-screen icon to show how the machine was being powered was absent, so there would be no way to know if the battery was charging or not. It did fully charge the battery however. The problems with the DELL are not due to any deficiency in the charger; all universal chargers when used with these machines would show the same results. For the DELL it would make the charger only useful in an emergency (which is really its purpose), rather than for everyday use.The charger did not get overly hot. In fact, it stayed cooler than many OE chargers. It seems quite robustly made, and was simple to use.Overall verdict: RECOMMENDED.

Works Fine
MY son dropped our Toshiba Satellite on it's side crushing and breaking the power supply. I had a quick look on the Currys site and decided against spending £50 on one of their products and decided to try this Sumvision Universal charger which was a fraction of the price.Certainly doesn't come in frustration-free packaging but once I'd managed to cut the bloody thing out I selected the relevant adapter and plugged it into our laptop. Worked and continues to work fine and charges the computer too. The only (obvious) thing is that the charger sticks out quite a bit from the laptop as you have to stick the appropriate adapter onto the end of the cable, but that's a minor niggle.Recommended.

Better than paying a fortune to Apple...
Cheap and functional iPad stand and charger. Does the same job as more expensive brand names.

Universal - True
Fantastic product. I fix many laptops and the power units customers give me are always poor or damaged. This has worked 100% of the time and does charge DELL batteries - other products I have used in the past haven't. Shame I had to pay for postage, but even taking that into account this was the cheapest on the market. The voltage switch can be fixed in place if required by bezels which are provided in the package so the switch cannot be 'knocked' accidentally which is useful if using for just 1 laptop constantly. Very happy - would always recommend.

No problems with this yet
My laptop charger decided it had finally had enough, just 13 months after I bought it so I wasn't covered by the 12 months warranty and had to look elsewhere as I wasn't going to spend £50 on a charger. A lot of the bad reviews for this product are because the charger doesn't fit their laptop, but the description does not guarantee to fit every single laptop. Luckily for me, there is an adaptor for my Toshiba Satellite. I get what others say about the connections can be loose, but I find that if you push the adaptor into the laptop hard then it tends to stay no problem. Other than that, it works great. And even had a clip to place over the voltage switch to ensure that it can't change voltage.

Waste of money
Waste of money. Bought it on the understanding that it had "all" the adaptors required. But two of my computers - both laptops and both new - fitted none of the adaptors provided by the manufacturer. So, stick to what you know: buy a charger specifically built for your computer.
