I found these to be quite good tasting. I take enough pills so I opted for gummies for my calcium supplements. I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and my doctor told me to add 1000 mg calcium and 1000 iu Vitamin D to my diet immediately. Yes, they do stick together but they're gummies-that's what they do.

If you don't enjoy taking the big calcium pills made for people with a mouth the size of a horse, then these gummies are the answer. We never know just how much calcium gets into our system but this has made taking calcium each day a much more pleasurable job. Could be a bit less sweet.

Taste great. Not overly sweet, has a natural flavor. I noticed immediately my nails got stronger just after 1 to 2 days of taking the gummies. They are truly highly absorbable. And super gentle on your stomach. I've had zero issues. I also notice they actually gave me some energy too. So i take them first thing in the morning. Totally love them.

I am a 75 year old woman who walks twice a day for 20 minutes in my neighborhood. So I am concerned about my bones and I take calcium pills! They taste great making it 10000x better than the huge pills I was taking. Only problem is that they go stale and get hard pretty quickly. I put plastic wrap over it before putting the cap on which helps a little but if you don’t they’ll be hard as a rock about halfway through
