This quilt has 2 layers of fabric and some thick batting for a total weight of 1.9oz (54g). When I used 2 magnets to hold the quilt, the quilt did slide down till it caught on the frame of the whiteboard. When I used 3 magnets, the quilt did not slide at all. Either way demonstrates amazing strength!They are just the right size. Big enough to be easy to handle, and small enough to still see what you are displaying. The shape is easy to grip, and they come off easily when you want them to. And... they look nice! They come in a handy plastic storage case, which is nice. I'm sure I'll be buying more because we have a lot of whiteboards in our home.
