Inexpensive but effective!
I use compression calf sleeves when I am both working out in the gym and at work. I have a varicose vein on my in my right leg (due to a previous repetitive job) which aches if I’m stood up too long; this TOTALLY stops aching and oddly, the issue also visually disappears! These are just as good as Rymora but far cheaper.

Is helping with hamstring injury
Unfortunately for me I effed up myself trying to do a form of exercise without proper stretching. I’m a regular runner but ended up having a really bad tear . I was actually concerned it would be severe. I did RICE for most days and a doctor that I know personally told me to get a compression pad . Let’s just say I wouldn’t be back to my runs without having this.

Expensive for What They Are
Bright colour and do the job, but £9 is steep for what they are. Maybe just buy cheap long socks and cut the feet off.. 🤔

Good support
Took up trail running at first I was fine but with increasing distance I was ending up with shin splints . After slowing down with training and recovery using these has helped a great deal . It doesn't cure but does support recovery
