Excellent casings
Exactly as described. These casings are dry packed in salt rather than in brine, so they require just a little bit of extra prep before using them. The vacuum packed package is resealable if you don't need to use the entire 8 oz of casings at one time. I typically make 5-10 lbs of assorted sausages per month . . . sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on need and/or freezer space. Two of my four packages were "Good by" dated 11/2025 and the other two were dated 11/2026. This was much appreciated, and I'm sure I'll use up all four packages long before 11/2026, but I don't know if this was intentional on the seller's part or just my good luck.
