Great bike had to do a bit of modefecations to the handle bars to fit my flat+ front mud guard which after tightening up full still made a noise no prob just cut a piece of all done, great bike,fast, battery life fantastic.

It arrived 2 thirds assembles and was I damaged and well secured. I assembled easily enough with no big challenges. Tyres need blow up but the tyres etc all pre fitted. It’s just apply sure and it’s done. Has a large flat seat which is good on the butt. Front light very bright which is great. Very small back light but I just added a larger one. Mudguards rattle a bit on ouch ground which I need to look at. Plenty power from motor, battery last a very long time. Easy to charge with a simple plug in. It has an easy rider feel about when ridden. Seems to be very reliable. The throttle mechanism not that robust as it is a bit intermittent which is my one big bug bare.

better than expected

Attractive bike but problems from day one. Doesn't take a good charge. The seller was good enough to sent spare parts . They tell me to watch videos which don't have sound or in Chinese. I would take a refund or exchange but no joy yet. It's getting picked up so they can see. It's taken time as I work away from home. If I can get working I'd be happy but no joy yet.

The bike does the job, appears to have a higher spec than any other e-bike at that price which is great. I had an issue with the charger seeming to have burned out after 2 months of use, but after speaking to the support time the issue was resolved and a replacement has been recieved so I really cant fault the bike or the team.

Bought first bike since younger now 55 years. The hidoes was easy to assemble and looks stunning. Attracts a lot of attention. Great to ride and loads of power for hills. Is a big bike and heavyish to move about. But worth every penny. I want to ride it every day. Highly recommend this bike. Price is competitive too. The build quality is extremely good. You won't regret it

Took a couple of hours to assemble and check everything over, gears/brakes needed a little adjustment but all good. Rides well, the power delivery is nice and smooth. It's also easy to unlock the full power of the bike. ;)

Bicicletta molto bella promette tutto ciò che è in descrizione! Comprata con Amazon seconda mano (a 799,00 €) dopo aver contato il venditore e scambiato informazioni e foto sull' usura effettiva . Purtroppo all' arrivo la bicicletta presentava un problema alle forcelle anteriori ,forse colpa del trasporto inadeguato dei corrieri !!!!!!! Dopo aver scambiato foto con il venditore , ha preso in carico il problema e tempestivamente mi ha inviato la forcella nuova di pacca !!!!! Devo dire che il venditore è stato più che onesto nella pre vendita e nel post vendita!!!! Il prodotto anche se usato , con graffi quasi insignificanti ha superato ogni aspettativa!!!! Consiglio vivamente il venditore!!!!!!!!! Buoni acquisti!!!!!!!!!!!!!!;
