I was asked to review this headset for my YouTube channel alongside the FIFINE H13BWP, so here's my honest experience using it for both work and gaming. Wire & Cable Length I'd seen reviews mentioning wire tangling being an issue but like with the H13, I didn't run into this at all. The braided cables add a touch of durability, and the length gave me plenty of freedom to move around. That said, I did find the headset a bit bulky to manage when quickly removing it for virtual meetings the wire made it a bit fiddly. That's a personal gripe though, and I'd say the vast majority of people will be using this purely for gaming, where it won't be an issue at all. One Minor Gripe The mute button doesn't always sync perfectly with mute controls in some voice apps. I found this myself with Microsoft Teams, where it didn't natively muter. Not a dealbreaker at all though, and it's worth keeping in mind that this is primarily a gaming headset, so Teams integration was never really what it was designed for. A minor gripe in the grand scheme of things. It's a lightweight headset at around 260g, the light weight made it feel like you weren't even wearing a headset. Like the H13, there were sessions where I forgot I had it on. The lightweight design and breathable ear cushions provide lasting comfort, while the moderate ear cup depth avoids pressure or harsh contact with your ears during extended play. One thing to note those with bigger ears may find the ear cups a little tight. The mic genuinely impressed me. During a few work calls I had a fan running on max in the background nobody on the call could hear it at all. The compact capsule mic helps reduce background noise from keyboards, mouse clicks, and PC fans, keeping communication clean and focused. It's also detachable, which is great for casual gaming sessions when you don't need it. The Big Advantage Over the H13 This is where the H9 pulls ahead of its sibling the H13. The ability to use both USB and 3.5mm gives you great flexibility if you're bouncing between PS4, Switch, Xbox, and PC, the H9 has you covered without any issues. The H13 is USB-only and won't work with Xbox at all, so if you game across multiple platforms, the H9 is the smarter buy. The surround sound does add to the experience it delivers enough immersion to pick up directional cues without breaking the bank, with gunfire and explosions feeling powerful but not overdone, while the mid range stays clean for picking up footsteps in an FPS. It's worth noting the 7.1 is only available when using the USB connection, not the 3.5mm jack. Some users have reported occasional static crackle when using the 7.1 surround feature I'd suggest toggling it and seeing what works best for your setup. Just like the H13, it couldn't be simpler. When plugging into a Windows via USB, it registers as your default sound device with no drivers needed completely plug and play. Unlike the H13, there's no RGB here, which actually suits me fine it's just a clean matte black with a subtle smiley face on the ear cups, understated enough to wear outside without shouting "gamer." If you're after lighting effects, you'll want the H13 instead The mute button doesn't always sync perfectly with mute controls in some voice apps not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you're switching between Discord, Teams, or Zoom regularly. For the price, the H9 is a strong all rounder. The mic noise cancellation genuinely surprised me, the cross platform flexibility is a real bonus, and it's comfortable enough for long sessions. If you game across multiple devices and don't need RGB, this is the one to go for. If you're PC only and want the fancier feature set and lighting, look at the H13 instead.

Extremely good headphones for this price point. Build quality is good and the headset is comfortable to use, even if you use it with glasses. Allows for connection via aux or USB, and because the microphone is detachable, you can use these in the office as they don't have an over the top "gamer" look. They allow for 7.1 surround sound, but personally preferred using it with the standard sound profile, but that's personal preference. Easy to recommend these if you are looking for a easy to use, function and comfortable wired headset with a decent microphone.

Really comfy pair of headphones — great for long gaming sessions and perfect if you’ve got a bigger head like me. The detachable mic is a nice touch too, so you don’t have to look like you’re taking drive-thru orders when you’re just chilling. The 7.1 surround sound works really well — playing Siege, you can clearly hear footsteps and direction, which gives you a real edge. The wired connection is solid and reliable with no dropouts, and the inline controls make it easy to adjust volume or mute the mic quickly. There’s no need to worry about battery life since it’s wired, and it still manages to block out a decent amount of background noise. Packaging was spot on as always with Fifine, and I’ve never had any issues with their quality. Overall, a proper solid headset for the price.

For the price surprisingly good! Great microphone quality and audio quality is decent. Comfortable to wear but it may not be for bigger ears. Also, unsure of the lifespan of the product as it is beginning to malfunction slightly after a year of use.

As soon as I took these headphones out of the box, I was so impressed with the way they looked. They feel very sturdy and very premium. I have used the headset now for over 50+ hours and I am even more impressed with the performance. These have 7.1 surround sound and this makes the audio so crisp and clear! I am not exaggerating when I say they are on par with my £100+ gaming headset, if not better. They are extremely comfortable as well, as I forget I'm wearing them. People who have headphones on for long periods will know, that after a while they can cause an aching but I have had nothing like this with these, even after wearing them in one session for 10 hours. It is so nice to have a decent set of headphones at such a reasonable price that are so comfortable to wear. The mic attached is clear, I asked for feedback from people in chat and they have said there is no issues so I am very pleased about that. The headset has exceeded my expectations in everything and whether it has been gaming, music or even a movie the sound has been fantastic. So much so, my sister has also bought another set for my nephew for Christmas as I recommend these so much! So, in my opinion especially for the price, do not hesitate to get these ordered if you are in the market for a new headset!

-Used on PC not console or other devices- Sound Quality: The bass on these headphones is immense and each sound is crystal clear. I opt out of using the 7.1 Surround on PC and instead use Steel Series Sonar to adjust audio levels (highly recommended despite not giving surround sound effects). I have found in a very few circumstances that directional audio is a bit funny, but that is my fault for not using the included 7.1 Surround. Mic Quality: Hands down the BEST microphone quality I have ever tried native to headsets. Good levels, no background noise and extremely crisp overall. Physically, the microphone is flexible and is not intrusive. Comfort & Build Quality: The ear-cups are the perfect size and sit nice and snug around the ear. The material doesn't feel cheap and provides reassurance that the headset isn't going to just randomly snap after using for a while. The headset comes with a decent length cable fit for console but may come short for PC gaming. HOWEVER, the in pack USB extender more than doubles the length which is great if you need to move a short distance from your desk. I cannot recommend this headset more for PC users, absolutely clears any other headset I have tried.

Really nice headphones as other reviews will tell you, but the jack that connects to the little control box is knackered after 6 months. Now the sound is only in one ear.

This headset works great and the sound quality is amazing. It is very adjustable volume as well as how it fits, whether you have a small or big head. The colour is extremely cute and aesthetically pleasing. I’ve had it since last Christmas and the cable is still in brand new condition. No bending or fraying. All in total it’s an excellent headset and I would 100% recommend it for any gamer or studio user.

Highly recommend this for gaming. The sound quality is really good and the headset feels comfortable even after wearing it for a while. The microphone is clear and I like that it’s detachable when you don’t need it. The volume controls are easy to reach. The headphones overall it feels solid without being super heavy. I love the white color , it goes very nicely with my pc setup. I have had no issues with connectivity for audio or mic. I’ve used with both my pc and my switch. Really cute headphones, love the smiley face!

Ps5 konsoluna bağlamak için satın almıştım. Konsolda iyi çalışıyor fakat sesler sürekli garip geliyor.Tizleri patlıyor anlamadım. Pc ye bağladım herhangi bir driver vs de yok. Ayrıca pc de ses açma tuşuna bastığımda artıyor 2,3 kademe sonrası tış bidaha çalışmıyor.
