Worked great for my dogs sprained front ankle. Worked great for my stiff neck and headache. Love cell salts.

Ruta Graveolens, or Ruta Grav, is derived from a highly diluted extract of the herb Rue. Unlike some pharmaceutical drugs, homeopathic remedies don't have just one, particular use, such as antibiotics for infections. However, there is one distinct keynote of Ruta's efficaciousness, the treatment of any kind of strain, sprain or soreness in the body. Thus it can be helpful for treating eye strain (such as from over-using the computer), muscle strain, and problems of the bones, joints and tendons. It is useful for a strained or sprained wrist or ankle. It can speed up the healing of bone fractures. It is useful for back pain due to muscle strain. And it can help heal tendonitis.To use a homeopathic remedy, it is important not to touch it with your hands because the oils of the hands can affect its potency. I shake a couple of pellets into the cap and tip them into my mouth so they go under the tongue, being careful to not touch the cap to my lips or tongue such that saliva gets on it (and hence into the bottle and onto the remaining pellets). Placing the remedy under the tongue allows it to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the thin membrane there.There are other excellent sources of homeopathic remedies besides Hyland's, such as Boiron and Dolisos. I tend to use Hyland's because of the easy-open bottles.

I hurt my finger and it was still hurting after a week. I took this and the next day the pain was cut in half! Amazing stuff. You have to get the right homeopathic for the situation and person. If it didn't work for you, it's not the right one for you so try a different homeopathic that does similar things.
