These blinds are great! The materials feel like they will hold up over time. The installation (I did outside install with 3 brackets) was simple and quick. The fit is PERFECT — make sure to follow the sizing instructions provided and you should have no issues. I only wish I’d gotten a bit more vertical length as the blinds tend to raise a few inches once you pull them down and release — I’m thinking this might just be because they’re brand new so hopefully over time it loosens a bit and won’t require as much fiddling to get that last inch or two of window covered. But once it’s covered, the blackout feature is the best I’ve experienced. No light leaks whatsoever and my room went from well lit by natural light to a pitch black cave immediately. Fully recommend these blinds to anyone, especially those with windows with irregular dimensions (mine is 76 x 48 in.)!

The shade looks great in my room. Size fits great and also was very easy to hang up would definitely recommend and the quality of the shade is also great!

When sleeping...I need the room to be dark as a cave. Installing the shade was not terribly difficult. The instructions were sparse, but included contact info for the manufacturer. It wasn't necessary. First impression - this is a high quality shade. Never had one like this before. I wasn't going to install it inside of the window frame. Simply use it to cover outside of the window...with some extra width of the shade. Raising or lowering the shade is smooth and easy. Due to the honeycomb shape of the "cells", it does cause it to stand away from the wall. Allowing some light to leak-in along the sides. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Otherwise, a very nice blackout shade. Well worth the money...

Even though these are pretty expensive compared to comparable products, they are well worth it. I have bought 9 over the past few weeks for our addition and love the quality and how well they block out the sun in every room they are in. I wish they had a discount when you buy in bulk but I will continue to purchase them for all my windows because of their high quality and ease of install.

The customization process is not easy to use and does not accurately show what you have customized. This led to a duplicate order because it doesnt show when the item is actually done customizing and it returns you to the beginning in an endless loop. There is such a thing as too much customization. I ended up with a zebra blind when i just wanted a black blind and frame.You cannot return this for any reason.Next if there is an issue the seller is very condescending and unaplogetic.The product: the shade when you pull it down does not stay where you put it it goes up 3 or 4 inches. So if your window is 48" Height measurement, make sure to order larger.Product also does not stay level. It is crooked on one end no matter if you try to level it.I would not reorder and wasted ALOT of money and not have a mismatched shade and got 2 duplicates.
