Currently training for triathlons at the wrong side of 50. Recovery is very important to me. This is a great way to prevent muscle soreness without the hassle of finding a steam room locally. Set up is quick and easy and as described good to use in 10 minutes. The steamer is under.rhe seat so I recommend putting a thick towel on the chair. I have the setting between 10-15 which is the max and to me is as good as a steam room in the gym. Unless you have easy access to one yourself, then this is a great buy. Just to clarify it's a steam room not a sauna as its wet heat.

It's been more than a year since I bought this tent and it's still going strong with regular use, cannot recommend it enough. Even with using it once or twice per week it has paid for itself tenfold. The only slight downside is the foldable chair it comes with but I bought a £20 wooden foldable chair from Argos to replace it and it doesn't have a chemical coating on it. I also love the option to be able to put herbs such as chamomile in the steamer box under the chair. 5/5 stars

Great product, it heats up nicely and the steam is perfect, The only problem is the chair didn't last and ripped on the edges, I'm not a heavy person so was disappointed in this. 4 stars purely for the chair ripping. If this wasn't torn id of given 5.

I purchased this item in May, and have since used it several times. I was initially confused, having enjoyed saunas at the gym etc, but never having tried something like this. The designer has clearly thought this through, with everything you need contained within the box. This includes the sauna tent, the steam apparatus and simple pipework, a chair for inside the sauna tent, an inner mat to protect the floor of the tent, and an outer mat to protect your floor. Operating the apparatus is very straightforward, connecting the pipes is easy, and I got the whole thing working within 5-10 minutes of opening the box. I'm a taller individual, but the chair that comes with the sauna was still comfortable enough for me. Using the sauna is easy, and you get a full sauna experience while sitting in your own house.

I must say it’s a very, good purchase easy to go up easy to start the temperature or should the temperatures fantastic. I’m 6 foot so leg is a little bit tight but you could live with them forgetting the health benefits from such such a wonderful machine.

First time using and the lid keeping the boiling hot water inside has disintegrated and crumbled If you want 3rd degree burns this is the product for you!! Otherwise look at another option, refund requested and returning!!

I have wanted one of these for the longest time and couldn't find one for a reasonable price, this is fantastic i can stand up in this & also fit 2 of us in there on little camping chairs, quickly warms up and very easy to assemble, happy with the performance and this purchase! Great quality for the price!!

This portable steam sauna is approximately 57 inches in height which means the average person will have to bend down to enter and will not be able to stand up when inside. Owing to its irregular shape I am not trying to quote the other measurements but I expect the advertised measurements are about right. It comes with a folding chair, a steamer, two lengths of steamer tubes, a steam box, a mat, a remote control and a carrying bag each for the folded tent and the chair. According to the manufacturer it is possible to set this up in a minute, but I cannot really agree with this statement even after the first setup. It does take time to get the tent open and up, put in the mat, remove and add the chair then to fit the tube connection to the tent, connect the steamer tubes which are a bit fiddly and finally add water and turn it on. Closing the tent is also not easy , you will find videos of three or four persons struggling to pack one up. To use it again, the whole setup procedure has to be repeated again as it's quite large and bulky and not really an item you'd leave up due to the amount of space its takes up. Operation is quite simple using the supplied remote control or via bluetooth if you add the app to your mobile phone. The steam box sits under the chair while the steamer remains outside connected to the power supply. The power cable is very short and as we do not have power points in the bathroom, an extension lead is required to use it in there. Otherwise it can easily be set up in the living room or bedroom near to a power point. Some may find it quite claustrophoebic inside and I found the smell of the material rather unpleasant. I do not know if it made me sweat or if it was just the hot steam on my body. The hot steam did help me clear a blocked nostril and breathe easier if nothing else. Also, remember the power of the steamer is 1000 watts so be prepared to expect large electricity bills if it is used too often.

Me encanto! El tamaño es perfecto, cabe dentro de una regadera estandar, y te puedes mover dentro de el sauna. Lo único que debemos tomar en cuenta, es que el temporizador comienza desde que se se prende la caldera, y tarda 15 min en empezar a salir el vapor, de ahi en mas, ha sido el mejor sauna portatil que he encontrado!

It's definitely worth the money it's so easy to set up and when it heats up it's so cozy inside. I'd recommend putting a regular sized camping chair in there for the most comfort but its good either way. It does take a little while to heat up but it's worth the wait especially when your sick and can't breathe through your nose it's clears you right up. It is a steam sauna so you definitely get soaked but it's so worth it and having the ability to connect it to your phone is really nice. The one thing I don't like is that it takes a while to be able to put it away because the tent has to dry there's always moister left over after you get out

I bought this item. It arrived a few days later, but that's okay. I unpacked it, and it's fantastic. It heats up in a few minutes. I only need to hop in for 5-10 minutes and sweat. It's also a great time to have quiet moments inside, away from the busyness of life. After a cold shower, I feel like a million dollars. It's so easy to pack away and I don't need to travel so far like I used to go a professional sauna. This one is just as good and so convenient. Now, it's part of my weekly routine, and I can't recommend it more. Great idea, great invention and great price too!

While I really like the sauna, I quickly found out why it included an extra lid for the steamer. The lid quickly broke down within 2 months of use, virtually falling apart. I used the second one and that fell apart too. You think they put so much into the design, they would use proper plastic materials that doesn’t crack as the steamer’s lid? The steamer quickly showed problems as well that while steaming it leaked hot water all over my floor. Looks like I have to buy another steamer as I am now addicted to home wet sauna to get me through the cold season.
