Great little stand
This stand is the perfect all rounder as it is small enough to use for a small amp but because of it's boom range can also be useful for acoustic guitar or vocals in the sitting position. The stand is very well made and at a good price so a must for home recording.

Very pleased with this item. It's well constructed. Nice finish. Everything works well. Packs away to a reasonable size. Highly recommended.

Good product, strongly made... but
The stand is both well and strongly made. I highly recommend it. Its exact measurements are: Height of vertical support from floor: 15.75"/40cm, extending vertically to 23"/58cm Radius of base when feet extended 11"/28cm Boom length: 11.5"/29cm, extending to: 24"/61cm (measured from centre of vertical support) The stand folds down to 23"/58cm overall length and 4"/10cm overall width The stand I received had a different lock for the main arm, a handle not a lever, which is better in my opinion. Obviously, the stand will be less stable if a heavy mic is used with the boom fully extended -- my Sony ECM-MS907 is fine with it at full extension. Update, April 2016: I bought this stand in Aug 2014 and am disappointed that the extendible vertical arm no longer tightens. The stand has been in use every Saturday since purchase (i.e. one day a week) which is not excessive use in my opinion.

10 mins after is order too late to cancell!!!!!
I cancelled this order within 10 mins of placing it!!!!! but that was TOO LATE!!!! (realised it would not suit and ordered a more expensive keybard)..It was suggested in email that I cancel the parcel when it was delivered, that was a week ago..It has been returned to seller but I do not have refund....I am disapointed as up till now have been pleased with Amazon.... I HOPE you respond to this...But somehow doubt.... Thanks

The thread on the stand which allows you to increase its height doesn't work at all - the boom attachment tread works fine

Weak arm
It's an okay product but mine is holding my AT2050 Multi Pattern Condenser Microphone and it's pretty much 'too heavy' for the standard. I should have bought a stronger one

Hate to say it ... Chinese Junk
Used once ... support screw broke and no longer lets me fold legs..... waste of space.
