Soft Silicone Keyboard Cover Skin Protector Compatible for Lenovo Yoga 720 13.3 inch, Lenovo Yoga 720 12.5 inch, Lenovo Yoga 920 13.9 inch Touch-Screen Laptop (Clear)

I recently purchased a Lenovo Yoga 920, and was interested in trying a keyboard protector, specifically designed for it. The identity of the letters associated with A, S, O, L, N, M, and E keys on my old computer keyboards invariably faded over time due to frequent use. In truth, I had read other reviews and was not optimistic that a key cover was going to be the best answer. So far, I have been pleasantly surprised. The key cover fits perfectly and the typing experience is not as onerous as I thought it would be. Surprisingly, I am able to see clearly the letters associated with each key even without the benefit of the illuminated keyboard. There is a pleasant cushiony feeling when I type, which does not seem to compromise my typing speed (about 50 wpm). The soft silicon cover fits snuggly and does not slip. Clearly, there are benefits with respect to accidental spillage, accrual of dust/doggy hair, or sticky contaminants on the keyboard. I am hoping that the protective film is soft enough to not leave any traces on the monitor, when my laptop is closed and not in use. Only time will tell. I have a suspicion that carrying my laptops in my backpack with pressure from heavy books on either side might be the major contributor to this issue. The cost of this protective film is very reasonable and a bit of insurance should an accidental spill of coffee or a soft drink should occur. That happened twice and rendered my keyboard nonfunctional.

Not as thin as other ones I've seen, but it does its job well, especially for the price.

this product does not stick to my lenovo 920 13.9" keyboard. i am very disappointed!!!
