Fitted this to our front door and it works really well. The lock looks slim and modern, not bulky at all. Fingerprint unlock is quick and accurate, and the keypad is easy to use. Setting up the app was straightforward and Bluetooth connection has been stable. The build quality feels solid and weatherproof. We’ve had rain and cold weather and it’s been working without any problems. The handle feels sturdy and the door locks smoothly every time. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Makes coming and going much easier and feels secure. Would recommend.

I’ve been wanting to upgrade to a smart lock for a long time, and after looking at quite a few options, I decided to go with this one. I’m really happy with my choice. I found a locksmith to install it, but the instructions were actually very clear and easy to follow. After using it for a while, everything feels smooth and works exactly as expected. The fingerprint and passcode respond quickly, and using the app is very convenient. The best part is that I don’t have to worry about forgetting my keys anymore. It has made my daily life much easier and more stress free. Overall, it’s a great smart lock with solid quality, and I would definitely recommend it.

The doorhandle comes with a diversity of equipment to match different door thicknesses. The manual is straight forward, and makes it quite easy to install. The build quality makes a decent impression. The app works properly but has a Chinese flavor on it. The fingerprint detection is quite sensitive, you need to put your finger very delicate on the sensor or else It doesn’t recognize a few misses and it gives a police tone. Especially my kids have trouble opening the door. That’s why 4 stars.

I bought a lot of digital smart things recently to upgrade my new home. One of the best buys here is this digital smart lock. I have a solid beautiful wooden front door with 5 lever mortice deadlock without handles as the previous owner liked this style of lock and installed them everywhere. But the solid wooden front door is very heavy and with this mortice deadlock you need keys every single when you want to open or close the door. And without a handle we squeezed our fingers several times. So I decided to change the lock. After asking around different locksmiths it looks that the original hole needs to be filled a bit or new holds need to be drilled to install a different type of lock. In this case, I decided to upgrade it to a digital smart lock. I went for this one in the end after looking around for several months as it ticked most of the boxes: slim, finger print, passcode, lever handles (for my children not to squeeze their fingers), app control, fobs and emergency keys. I don’t need doorbell and camera as I have a smart doorbell already. So all in all it satisfied my needs and the locksmith did a good job installing it too. The locksmith found the videos and instructions and measures very handy for him to quickly figure out how to install. The set up is pretty easy after installation. It’s been nearly a week since installation and we are all very happy with it as it makes our lives much easier.

Bought this lock twice. The first one we fitted the realised that it wasn't locking. Watched the video again and noticed a small metal bit missing on the inside of the handle. Arranged return and bought again. Same thing missing. Now left with no lock and 2 extra holes. Hubie managed to find an old lock in the garage that we adapted to fit so we can lock the door but still left with 2 extra holes. Gutted and down £400 till it gets returned

Bought this to replace a Ruveno smart lock the slimfit one as that was slightly wide for my new door and kept catching on the door frame. Swapping them out only took minor adjustments to the door for the wire but we fitted it and set it up easily. I deleted my RFID cards from the previous lock and was able to programme them to the new lock. There wa sno issue with this at all. Set up with the app took minutes. It identified the new lock and I activated the remote unlocking as I already owned a gateway. The gateway is invaluable if you want to unlock the door with the phone app. You only need one gateway if you have more than one door lock by Ruveno. I was able to use the handles with the lock already fitted to my door and it works the 5 point multilock perfectly. It came with a lock if you needed one, but my door already came with one fitted. You do need to make sure you cut out a hole for the wire to fold into when fitting the handle, but aside from this it is easy to fit. I use a passcode with my son, RFID cards on my key bunches and fingerprints as well. In wet weather I found the cards easier to use than fingerprints so always carried with me. This lock came with 3 cards and 2 emergency keys. The slimfit Ruveno model comes with just one metal key. Something to bear in mind if choosing between the two of them, as well as width of each handle. Am really happy with my purchase and I have been using Ruveno smart locks on my front door now for about 4 or 5 years. They last a long time and are excellent value for money.

It’s really great door lock

The Ruveno lock broke down gradually within a month. First, we couldn't use the remote function, then the app stopped working, after that the fingerprint was not recognized. Then the card stopped working and the worst of all happened one night when we couldn't use the physical (real) key as it wouldn't open the door. We had to wait outside our home for a person to come to dissemble the lock, which you can see in the box. Meanwhile, the lock did not work when it rained and there was moisture in the air. The statement that the lock is weatherproof is false. Additionally, when it snowed and a thin cover of snow formed over the top of the lock, it triggered it automatically and the lock responded as if there was a burglary. After changing the batteries, the lock wouldn't engage, and it only worked randomly. Sometimes, the fingerprint worked, sometimes the card, but it only lasted for a short time and the week prior to the total breakdown we used the physical key but as you have already learned the physical key also broke down. However, the worst of all is that we emailed the German representative of the Chinese lock producer, who did not bother to look into the problem and gave us a fake Chinese email to which we, of course, have never received an answer.
