You can increase the resistance level as you get more comfortable with it. The highest level was definitely difficult to push air through !

Hard to use but not the devices fault
My Kungโs clearly need some work because this was hard for me to adjust to. The device is solid and will work as intended once I get my breathing right and used to it.
