Great Product. It is good for heavy lifting. I was able to do bent over exercise using this liquid chalk with ease. Great grip felt after using it.

It is a really nice product, easy to carry, and makes a good grip on the bar while lifting. Although the packaging could be improved, as the liquid tends to dry out inside the bottle, making it difficult to dispense.

Tested this liquid chalk on my deadlifts and it's a gamechanger.. No stickiness, no flaking off, and my hands stayed dry even after a heavy set, Overall, solid product for the price. Would recommend to fellow lifters!

Don’t buy it for sports which includes racquet. It’s mentioned that it can be used while playing tennis and badminton but doesn’t work well.
