The product is GREAT and it works
The product is GREAT and it works! Its a great alternative to vagal stimulation by Pranayama and similar methods. I experienced the benefits from this product in the first session itself. However, Pranayama's biggest advantage is development of PFC which is not possible here so it can be used when pranayama is not possible for some reasons. I also recommend that this product is used under medical supervision/consultation though risks are minimal in non-invasive vagal stimulation. The delivery was delayed but the wait was worth it.
