So being a bit wobbly on the belly , i was looking for something to cover it up so i could go swimming, there seems to be a lack of tops like this to buy. I thought i would try this out , as the price was good, and really it's amazing , the quality is good , it fits me perfect exactly as the size advertised. Im easily geting my full moneys worth from it. Its comfortable to swim in, no restrictions no problems . Afterwards all it needs is a squeeze and it drys fast. I'm not sure how it is for keeping the sun off, but im sure its ok , I only use in an indoor pool. Defo Recommended to anyone looknig for somethin like this.

I bought exactly the same H.Miles short-sleeved rash vest I regularly replace every two to three years, in the same XL size. These are *meant* to be very close-fitting. But despite now being 42 pounds (19kg) lighter than when I last bought this, the fit was *much* tighter than expected. It would absolutely *not* have fitted me at my old weight.Also take the “quick drying” claim with a *huge* pinch of salt. As with all similar rash vests these more than double their weight when wet and do not respond at all well to being wrung out. Put them on a drying rack overnight in a warm country and they’re still wet the next morning. They do dry fairly quickly if you keep wearing them OR if you roll them up in a very absorbent large towel. The drying delays mean that I always take two of these away with me on snorkelling trips: one to wear and one to dry. The same reluctance to dry applies to my SEAC-branded rash vests so I assume that it’s common to all Lycra/elastane garments.If you’re a brand-conscious type (I’m not) then you may be annoyed that over the course of two weeks usage on alternate days the small and highly-reflective “H.Miles” logo on the chest usually vanishes. That’s a bonus to me as I hate paying for “the privilege” of advertising any clothing manufacturer.The claimed SPF factor of 50 appears to be pretty conservatively set at a safe level. The true SPF is somewhat higher. Despite many hours of snorkelling and laying on beaches/boats waiting for this to dry, I never got sunburned or even tanned. But the exposed parts of my body where I used a highly water-resistant SPF 50 sun lotion did turn brown. This is a good feature: far better to under-promise and over-deliver than the opposite of getting sunburnt skin. All of my previous H.Miles rash vests have given the same high level of skin protection against sunburn.EDIT: I’ve now found that although I definitely ordered XL size and that the sealed packaging confirmed that, the vest I was sent is a size M (for Medium). That totally explains the tightness but does not explain how the packaging contained the wrong size garment. Amazon have now refunded me for this item, but it’s not going to improve my star rating as this fault should not have occurred.

Bought for my husband to wear similar to our toddler during our vacations.Was comfortable to wear, protected the skin from sun and also look good. He ended wearing even when my kid was having a nap.Good value for money, it dries quickly - highly recommended

Happy with the quality of this item. I've worn it a few times in the sea and it has washed fine and is still as good as new.I normally wear size UK Large in t-shirts, but I went with XL here and it fits perfectly.

VERY GOOD

I bought this to 'take the edge off' the shock of using cold swimming pools. It isn't a wet suit but does slow down the effect of the cold 'getting through' to the skin - so acting as a sort of buffer. It is remarkably effective. I have a 38/39 inch chest and ordered a large size which was a slightly loose but comfortable fit. I would suggest ordering a size smaller for a really snug, tight fit which would prevent water seeping in through the neck, sleeves and waist. On the other hand, if you have a slightly round tummy like me, then with a tight fit, all will be revealed!

Really love this product. Its elasticated so it fits perfectly.
