Very Disappointed ā Stopped Working After Less Than 8 Hours
Iām extremely disappointed with this product. After installing it, it failed in less than 8 hours of use. It suddenly stopped working, and it appears that the electrical heating element malfunctioned. This is unacceptable for a product of this nature.I would like to request a full refund as it did not meet basic expectations of functionality.

Dries my towels again
My old element died after a few years. Bought this one and spliced it to the original plug. Seems to be working just fine so far. Had for about a month. Wish it had come with an US spec plug for the outlet.
