The tea is delicious, it tastes clean, the functions work well and it's nice to look at. The beep is a good volume. I've used it for months at this point and I love it so much!Things that would make it better:1. Why doesn't it keep warm at a lower heat setting? The upper ones keep warm nicely.2. The dream version is dishwasher compatible. Some kind of detachable bottom, so the rest could go in? I don't know if anyone is doing that, but if you want me to make the tea in the kettle, it'd be great to wash it with everything else.3. The cord is very short. I know there are safety reasons but I'm pretty sure it's the shortest cord of any of my appliances. I had to use an extension for it. USE A GOOD QUALITY ONE, because this kind of appliance uses a lot of amps!EDIT TO ADD: I had to get assistance from BUYDEEM and they were SO NICE and really helpful. I would add another star but I would need a bigger monitor.

Found this product to be extremely useful easy to clean and whether you are making coffee or tea it always comes out perfect not mention fast. It’s been going strong and am so glad Amazon has it available. I’ve brewed coffee and was surprised at the taste for the first time I noticed the difference in taste in comparison to the kcup version. One it didn’t have that plastic slight taste. When I brew the tea I usually also purchase from Amazon the organic loose tea version it’s perfectly brewed it always you to set strong and mild to liking.

I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to share that this is a FABULOUS tea maker!!! I know it's a little pricier than others, but let me remind you that you get what you pay for folks. This is sleek, sturdy, exemplary craftsmanship, SO easy to use and it's stainless steel so it will always be in style! The water/tea temps heat up quickly AND the bottom of the pot is only warm to the touch - even if it's removed immediately after the water boils at the highest temp (212 degrees). It's not bulky or heavy and the handle is comfortable to hold. And no, I wasn't given anything free or paid to write this review. I am just so thrilled to have this tea pot in my office that I wanted to tell the Amazon :0)Update - 3 months later - I had a malfunction issue with the base of the tea pot and contacted BUYDEEM directly. They responded immediately and helped resolve the issue right away. A replacement part was needed and they shipped it to me the next day. Their customer service was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Great product AND great customer service - what's there not to love!!!

Looked nice, electronics worked great, final product was nice the way it brewed the tea.However we wound up returning the teapot and will be looking for a different one.After day one a weird stain occurred under the pot on the stainless steel heating area. I wasn't sure if that was a bad indicator but each day the weird chemical/ maybe heat activated stain consisting of concentric circles of blue, rust, and gray colors kept getting bigger.Customer service was very nice and the problem was escalated and at that time they told me what they thought was the solution. I was told it was a mineral deposit from hard water and all I had to do was apply the typical solution of vinegar to get rid of it. Haha.I tried to impress on them that:1. The stain was never in contact with water but rather between the glass pot and the stainless steel heating area.2. It takes weeks even months for mineral deposits to develop from hard water plus our water is not that hard, lol.The customer service person was nice but kept insisting this was the solution. She eventually said she would replace the pot, but the stain or whatever was actually not on the pot.A bit frustrating. We may have even kept the unit if they had said it was normal. However they kept insisting mineral deposits.Sent I back to Amazon.I really wanted to keep it but not with everything that happened.

This purchase was an upgrade from my electric water kettle. The coffee/tea (or ginseng, fill in the ____) strainer is great!!! The system seems to be working well after 1 month. I love the temperature settings for green tea or even cocoa. (Plus with money saved on buying bulk bagged tea as opposed to packets - it’s paid for itself already!)

Has all the features i wantI researched and ordered this one and another to have hands on comparisonDecided on this one As it seems sturdier and well made even though other one was a good contender. It does not have CUSTOM temp settings or LED but that was not as important as i figure ‘how precise’ do i need to be - this one has several temps to choose based on tea i am brewing. I have to set a separate timer for the brewing time unless i missed this feature in learning it so either way i am good on thatEASY TO CLEAN sooooo happyHas a screen at the spout located on the lid to reduce any tea leaves escaping as you pourThe lid removes in two pieces so makes kettle VERY SIMPLE TO CLEAN and wipe dry… then the tea strainer drops in easy no snapping in or hooking on to something so integrity will hold up and is easy to washPricing would have been nice to have a better price point but it did offer a coupon for $10 off at time of purchase so i got luckyOH AND THERE IS A LITTLE RECIPE BOOK for making teas with fresh fruits - oh how fun - looking forward to thatKettle is not dishwasher safe so hand wash is required but is easy as mentioned above - I don’t think any of them are dishwasher safe.At this moment I have had this about a week and have used it a half a dozen times so far and so far I love it and would make same purchase if I was doing it again. Glass is German and kettle made in China - eh - i think they all are
