Very good cycle at affordable price, with almost all features. Build quality is high. Good packaging. Easy to assemble in 30 minutes.

Quality is good. But fue plastic part are bad quality.

I got a damaged cycle delivered. Raised a complaint and waited 1 whole week for a technician to visit. He checked the cycle and clearly said “Don’t worry, we’ll handle everything.” But when I contacted customer care, they shamelessly said they have no information and told me to go back to Amazon for return/replacement. So why waste my time sending a technician for false promises if in the end I have to run around myself? This is nothing but customer harassment. Zero coordination between their team, no accountability, and absolutely pathetic service. The technician says one thing, customer care says another, and I am left frustrated with a damaged product lying at home. Urban Terrain needs to stop fooling customers with empty promises. Never trusting this brand again. Highly unprofessional and misleading.

It's good product in this budget. Need to improvement.. Like before shipping.. 1) check pandle it's difficult to fix, it's hard thread not easily fixed left pandle.. 2) front disk brake little issue over all good product Over all it's a good product for men and kids Hight 5 feet

Product is okay Mainly chasis is strong quality You got instant support if you got broken and damage part Relaible built If got manufacting defect you send video to support they send new fresh part Color okay only frame. Other part has low paint grade Not so comfortable Good for hieght upto 5feet 4inch Coz moment of knee iant full motion

Pros : Built quality, design, wheels size are actually good, weight is also not bad quiet balanced and feel nice and looks very priemum. Cons : 1. Disgusting seat quality, small and hard and u cannot ride for long distance, u have to generally change the seat for sure. 2. Useless disc brakes, disc brakes are just for show, feels like normal brakes and in my model back tyre brakes are horrible got broken just after 1 ride, the back tyre brakes not at all properly working. 3. Front disc brakes are a little ok, but the brake pads are not well attatched, constantly rubbing against the rotor. I donno whats the problem it's very annoying and paddle feeling heavy cause of this. Brake pads r creating friction on front wheel. 4. Contact the Customer support : u will get 6months warranty on the cycle, but customer support is very annoying they pick up calls for sure but they r taking a lot of time to give me a solution or send a technician for me to fix my bike. I have been contacting them for past 5 to 6 days. Very disappointing 5. No bell or horns are provided with cycle have to buy separately, which is another cons but it's ok that's not a big deal for me.

Used it for 3 months, faced multiples issues, it's not meant for cycling on roads. The wide tyres made it difficult and more effort needed. For multiples issues like chain being tight, alignment I had to take it to the cycle repair shop. Not entirely easy to assemble. Prefer assembly assistance because cycle shops usually complaint about the online cycles.
