This is what you want from a scarf with cashmere feel. Basic and versatile look. It is super soft. The style is very simple but can be used in infinite combinations that look good.

At almost 6 feet long, and over 2 feet wide, this is a large scarf. It is amazingly soft, and comfortable…rich and inviting. It is described as “cashmere-like” and this is a very apt description. The material is billed as cotton, but it sure does feel like a rich, soft cashmere wool. It looks like something you just want to pick up and hold. And I must admit I'm tempted to wear it even it if isn’t that cold!This will wrap around your neck a couple of times and still have lots of material to tuck into your jacket or coat. It does everything you would like a scarf to do except for that “loop it and stick the two ends through the loop and pull down in front” thing that everyone is doing with scarves these days. It is just too thick and wide for me to pull that off. However, it definitely loops comfortably around the neck twice and keeps everything covered, making it one of those “I like it, and I will use it” choices.The only downside, (and it isn’t really that bad), is that it is “Hand Wash Only” on the directions. With that being the case, I will likely wear less often, choosing the times when I know that I won’t be sweating or running around engaged in activities that might get it dirty (skiing, sledding, or shoveling snow to be specific) … I really don’t like hand washing garments, and knowing that it needs to be hand washed is a bit of a put-off. But not a deal killer by any means.I see wearing this out meeting with friends, or visiting homes of family and friends during the holidays. It is an awesome choice of scarf to enjoy it’s soft warmth getting into a cold car, or staying warm on a windy walk to a store entrance buying those holiday gifts. It will definitely keep the cold away!

This is a beautiful scarf, nice and thick and long. The contrast of dual colors is beautiful. However, this scar sheds like no other. I have to use a lint brush every time I wear it. I'm talking about constantly linting and I've only had the scarf for three days. I can no longer use it and I'm not going to give it to anyone so that they can experience the same.
