Salomon Active Skin 4 Compatible with Flasks (Not included) Unisex Running Vest Hiking Trail, 4L, Precision Fit, Easy Access, and Optimized Storage

Having tried a cheaper version and failed, I bit the bullet and went all in for what is considered by many runners, as the best. I wasn't dissapointed. Whilst the sizes are a bit on the small side (go a size up from what you think you will need), the vest is comfortable and hugs into your body. Dependin on weight being carried, you can forget you are wearing it very quickly. Overall, I opted for the 4 litre one as I only needed it for short runs (10-20 km). If you are looking at doing longer trail or ultra runs, go bigger (Salomon Active Skin 12) so you can fit all the mandatory kit in.

This is my second Salomon backpack for running and I love it! I'm 5"2 and this fits perfectly - sits close to the body which makes it easy to move in. There are lots of great pockets to store and separate phone / gels / snacks etc. This didn't come with water flasks, but I use the pair from my other Salomon backpack.

Fits well but getting use to the fastening system takes a while. It can be difficult to locate the cord system. Otherwise usual Salomon quality. Worth getting their soft bottles too for hydration.

The hydration vest came without flasks!!! Complaint to the costumer service representative. The vest is nice. I sized up, normally a size small, but bought a size medium. Good fit, very comfortable. A lot of storage, many pockets, esay adjustable.

Absolutely love this vest - fits like a glove! There’s no rubbing or friction like others vests I’ve tried, especially on long runs for marathon training. Plenty of pockets to carry everything you need. Was thinking about purchasing for ages and so glad I finally did!

I have just recently taken up running and found this running vest very versatile and looks really cool. I use this vest for all my runs, long or short as I can store my phone, keys, water, gels and sweets easily and still have the whole back compartment to use.

Xs was way too small even though having the same size in previous models - the pockets were slanted too, I much prefer unisex model

Great fit, weight and can hold more than advertised. Pull tight for no bounce despite x8 set of keys, waterproof and spare top , snacks etc. only drawback is a hot sweat back but cant expect not with a loaded pack tight on you. If serves its purpose with ease - you can feel it on of course but it does not affect your running form or effort so overall non obtrusive
