Amazing hair, very soft and easy to work with. I’ve had extensions before but these are great for the price and quality. The length and color were as described. Very nice communication with seller on package, and very helpful in deciding which hair was the best for me. No frizz, and heat resistant is what was the best.

The color of these extensions is perfect for my hair. Neutral and great blend. The extensions were extremely soft and silky out of the package and two packs were the perfect amount for what I desired. I have used extensions for years, so I am fully aware of using quality products and little to no heat styling to preserve the texture. These have now been washed several times and although still soft, they have become slightly brittle on the ends and much more fall out after a week of them being installed. The installation was easy to do on my own and the blend is perfect. I did find that one pack seems to have an issue with fallout though. The 16 inches have stayed put while the 18s I have lost quite a few within the first day. Easy enough to reinstall but not sure if it is a bead issue or lack of silicone or something on the interior leading to frequent falling out of the pieces. All in all a good experience other than those few downfalls, and will considering purchasing more when the time comes to reinstallEdit: the company did reach out to me and apologize for the bonding issue with the one pack. My other pack stayed in for 6 weeks with zero fall out and they took my questions and concerns to heart and are working on fixing the concern. All in all, the customer service was kind and went above and beyond , and the quality of hair itself was great. I have since purchased tape ins from them as well with no problems. I will be purchasing more micro beads soon as my hair color has changed and update as I go through the process 😊

**UPDATE: after two weeks of these extensions and washing several times, they become coarse and easily matted. We installed 18 and 16 inch extensions and I’ve probably had to cut half the length. I’ve never had this issue out of the brown extensions and red extensions I’ve ordered so I think it’s the blonde that ruins the quality.However, I will still purchase this brand again, just not with heavy blonde in the extensions. I just placed an order for the #2/6/2 in 16 and 18 inch to replace the ones in this review. I will make another review once I’ve wore those.ORIGINAL: I love this brand of hair extensions. I have used several different colors but this time chose some with more blonde and they blend so well. I usually get around 3 months wear out of each installation and use 1.5 packs

My friend and I purchased your tape in extensions recently, and was very disappointed with the quality of how they held up. We both purchased the virgin hair and was installed professionally by a licensed hairdresser. After a week, they were matting up and felt very dry, to the point I couldn’t brush them. It was the week of my wedding so I kept them in. The amount of money I spent on them and to install them I wanted to see how long I could go before removing them. They only got worse with time. I purchased these April 1st. They were installed on April 24th. On may 29th exactly 5 weeks I had my hairdresser remove them because I couldn’t even get a brush through them due to the matting it caused. I purchased these certain extensions because I wanted them to last as I thought they would. I can send pictures or even send them back, I’m hoping to get at least half or some what of my money back on what i spent on these please and thank you. my hairdresser that’s well-trained in tape and extensions did research to find good quality and affordable tape and extensions and unfortunately they just were not as they described

The hair color I ordered look nothing like the hair I received. I purchased Color Golden Brown with Platinum Blonde and, as you can clearly see, the hair looks nothing like what is advertised. I had an engagement and didn't have time to reorder so I ended up dying the hair. The die worked and it didn't damage the hair much. When you get your hair it will be nice and soft and silky....and it'll also be the last time you see it that way. You DEFINITELY need to deep condition your hair everyday and use a leave in conditioner. Don't use any shampoo that lathers!!! Extensions will begin to fall out here and there after about a week or two, especially given the amount of conditioning you need to do with your hair. The rings can be re-rounded for easy re-installation using a hair extension loop needle. The loop needle really helped me install them on my own; with a little help from my boyfriend. It took several hours though.Most pple will only need 2, at max 3 packs. Each strand of extension includes a LOT of hair so it's nice and thick. The hair of each extension is all the same length too. Sometimes you'll see extensions really thick at the top and thin and stringy at the bottom, these are not like that.I've had my extension for 6 weeks now. I can only see getting 6 more weeks out of them max. Overall I am happy with them though and will be a repeat customer....

I loved this hair. It is by far the best quality I’ve had. I feel like it’s helps my own hair as I don’t have to dye it and damage it. Highly recommend this hair.

Love it !!! I use a lot of hair extensions for work and myself and this is by far my favourite brand silky smooth, you can bleach dye them straighten them they last a long time. Definitely great quality. I’ve only had one issue, and the customer service was great and they solved immediately.I find myself not having to reorder hair as often as I do with the other brands. At one point I bleached my hair from black to blonde and they were still great lolI highly recommend purchasing ugeat I will always be a return customer for them and won’t be going elsewhere again ! It’s nice to know that I found my supplier!!

Easy to install. Color matched great

I have been using Ugeat Extensions for almost 5 years. The quality had always been much better than others on Amazon except perhaps Hetto brand. They have very good customer service when addressing concerns. No complaints from me there. The problem is I find their extension quality to be very hit and miss now. Previously before all the Covid supply issues I could get 6 months out of my extensions, now I'm lucky to get 3 months due to matting and the beads cracking. I can live with the down grade in hair quality but now adding the issue with the beads cracking and not holding I'm not sure how much longer I can give them my business. Unfortunately, there aren't many decent hair extensions in the market right now. These extensions aren't cheap Ugeat! Fix these issues please. Stronger beads and better hair quality please!!UPDATE: Great Customer Service as always. Have been in contact with me and working on a solution. Even though I have had some quality issues with Ugeat over the last year (mostly due to Covid supply issues) they have been extremely helpful and receptive to input on how to improve their quality control issues. They are still the best hair extension company on the market currently for micro loops.
