comfort at a cost
I got these in size 34 and have Ridden them for a couple hundred miles. Pros: These tires are the most comfortable tires I’ve ever had on my road bike. When I go over holes or over sidewalks these tires do an excellent job absorbing the impact. They also look great and were also relatively easy to put on. Con: the only downside is that these tires impact your speed. These no denying it, I’m around .5~1.5 miles slower with these tires and my Cadence dropped from an average of 80 to 75. Not only have I noticed this impact in speed but the data I’ve collected also shows that I’m exerting more effort to reach similar speeds. All in all these are great tires for training or for the fall and winter Season.
