AquaTeak 13" Asia Teak Shower Foot Stool

This little stool went together easily and fits well inside my small tub. It's rather heavy for its size, but very sturdy. I can lean on it while getting in and out of the tub and it does not tip over. The adjustable feet add to its sturdiness. It feels a little small to sit on, but I'm not complaining because it is actually a foot stool.This is the second teak shower seat I purchased, because my first one did not fit well in my small tub. I keep this little stool sitting next to the tub, but atop the larger seat previously purchased. Together they resemble a little Japanese house, which adds a touch of the orient to my bathroom.Again, this stool is quite sturdy, has adjustable feet, does not tip over... and is quite adorable.I would recommend this to anyone looking for those qualities.

This is a perfect little bench for the shower. It is a good height for shaving, looks beautiful (exactly as pictured). Nice and compact for a small shower, solid and sturdy. I put it together in minutes with no issues. Very happy with the product.

Been using it for 3 years. It is perfect for my walk-in shower. Pretty much use it to hold my shampoos and such. It is small but mighty!

This shower stool is solid. I was shocked at the weight of the box when it arrived. It was easy enough to put together. The screws went in a little bit difficult, I just hate allen wrenches though. I put it in my new shower, it looks great and is the perfect height for shaving. If you want to sit on it you may want to order the taller version of this stool. I wanted something small so it didn’t take up our whole shower. Overall I’m happy it’s only day one though. Be careful when cleaning shower. Remove the stool. I got cleaner on it by accident and it left water rings. I googled a remedy and found if you blow dry it, the rings disappeared. Worked like magic! I will be putting teak oil on it to protect it now.

Researched several options in teak seats/stools for use in our recently remodeled master bath walk-in shower. Many of the models I looked at were too large and would have taken up so much floor space. That's the beauty of this small seat, which they refer to as a foot stool. Its smaller footprint is perfect for my 37" w x 58" l shower floor. We've used it as both a footstool and a seat. The seat/stool is solidly constructed and was well-packaged. From opening/unpacking the box to full assembly took about 20 minutes.I've had the seat/stool in use for about 4 weeks now for daily shower use. There was a bit of a strong chemical smell the first couple of weeks, which I'm guessing is from chemicals used to treat/preserve the teak. It has dissipated over time, but something to be mindful of you if you have sensitivities. The small rubber feet stabilize the seat nicely, however I did notice that if you need to unscrew them to make adjustments for uneven flooring, they tend to loosen up if you move the seat around, requiring you to readjust the feet for level. Also, water does remain on the seat top and in the nooks/crannies under the seat. I have taken to either tipping the seat over to drain off the water or dragging my shower squeegee across the top to remove the water.Having never owned teak before, I'm curious to see how the color will change over time with use and water penetration. This is a well-crafted item that I do expect to get years of useful service from. If you are looking for something small for your shower or bath area, you can't go wrong with this small seat/stool.

I can't wait to use this in my new shower, (it's still under construction) but I knew I wanted this stool after reading all the reviews! It arrived well packaged. I was able to assemble it with no problems since there were precise instructions. This is a sturdy, well-built stool which will be perfect to use when shaving or when I need to prop my foot up while showering. It is the perfect size for my shower. I highly recommend this item!
