Once used as directed nite works great. I make at night around 6:40 - 7pm and by 7am in the morning I am in the bathroom. Not to hard on the stomach without any cramps

I was introduced to this tea when I was shopping at the pharmacies in Tijuana Mexico. This is an amazing tea that has great flavor when you add just a teaspoon of honey to it. The benefits work within 6 to 8 hours. I recommend drinking it as a nighttime tea full benefits come in the morning. Bloating is gone. Be near a bathroom in the morning because you will have to use it.

I use this on a daily , I usually purchase from Mexico but hasn’t traveled in some time decided to find some on Amazon ! Which was just what I needed. It came in a two pack. Same ingredients as the ones from Mexico , flavor taste like pineapple with flax seed. I drink mine hot every night before bed , if u want on a sweeter side you can add sugar or some honey to flavor it.Caution : will give you bubble guts immediately over night. If it first time try half cup than work your way up to full cup. Try on weekend first to be safe so you know how to manage it if you have to take it during work week. I been on this for some time now and I’m used to it.

Es un producto super bueno me siento muy contenta con este producto no lo uso para perder peso lo uso para poder hacer del bano y desde que lo estoy usando puedo ir al bano sin ningun problema y miren que usado asta lo ultimo agote todo producto para poder ir al bano y todo salio negativo no me sirve nada el extremo fue que tube que usar enemas y eso para mi es un caos y con esto me siento super contenta y lo uso a Diario en la noche
