Definitely love these bands! The cuffs fit perfectly and adjust easily. The rings on the cuffs are strong enough to do cable workouts as well. I loved that they offered purple. The Velcro doesn’t move after attaching it. They’re easy to change between different cables. Highly recommend — especially for any beginners..it comes with a guide of exercises to do with them
