Fun fun fun 😁
This was a fun family game that I played with my mom and my older siblings. We all took turns pulling cards and asking questions. It was very comical but very educational at the same time. Great for family night or girls night. The car is a pretty sturdy in the words of very Eligible for you to read.

I'm kinda good at this game!
Shocking that I am halfway good at this game! I've been having a good time playing this game with friends. It really pushes my knowledge on black history and culture. But I've learned a lot as well. Really enjoyed playing this game.

For the culture, for sure!
A really fun card game that combines trivia with Black culture! My family had a blast on game night playing this. The questions are easy and entertaining-- for those in the know, that is! A mixture of classic Black history, modern slang, and shared cultural experiences. Loved every minute of playing it!

Has some issues.....
It's a great concept and nice to have a game devoted to Black culture and history, but there are some design flaws.1. The only instructions that come are on the side of the box (there are only 3), which is fine if they addressed the questions that come up. For example, it says answer in 30 sec, correct answer gets points. Are you going every other turn to answer or competing with who answers first? If you answer incorrect before 30 sec can you guess again? Are you playing to a certain number of points? Does the other team get to guess if one gets it wrong? Is each question worth one point? I could go on- there is a reason games come with detailed instructions or options for variations of play. You will want to establish your own rules prior to playing.2. There is a QR code to scan to go to the website (we hoped there would be further instructions). When you scan it, it takes you to a page that says the website was purchased. There is no content. If you type in the website that is listed as the company's the same thing happens. This code is on the box and the back of every card- if you are going to put it on every card make sure it is useful!!!!3. The answer to every question is on the same side as the question (all of the questions are multiple choice and the correct answer is underlined). Typically answers are on the reverse side of the card in trivia games, one of the reasons is so that you can set the card down for those playing to see the question after it is read out loud. That way if they miss part of it or process things easier when there is a visual, they can read it.4. Make sure you have a timer or someone remembers to set it on their phone- you get 30 seconds to answer, but the game doesn't come with any form of timer.Overall, the cards and box are made nicely and the trivia questions seem decent. It could be educational and fun. Just make sure you establish the rules prior to starting, especially if you have a competitive group of people who will challenge rules/points. It does seem like the company did not spend time really thinking about the actual game play or details like the website, which is disappointing.

Looking to brush up on your black culture, history, or awareness? Then this is the card game for you! A great way to expand your knowledge regarding all things black heritage from music to movies and much more. Family fun for hours or a great way to bring interracial couples together... this game is indeed entertaining.
