Hard Disk issues...always showing 3F0 error
The device worked well for the first 2 months then we started to see error (3F0) Hard disk boot device not found. We tried a couple of restarts and it worked. Now the device is not operational and just shows the error message on the screen (3F0). We tried to reach out to the seller on the support number but there was no reply.

Processor is i5-1334U not 1335U. Keyboard has no backlight

Laptop is good but accessories is missing, no response from seller side
The HP laptop arrived in good condition and works perfectly so far. The packaging was secure, and the product looks as described. However, I did not receive the 32GB memory card that was mentioned in the product details. Please check and advise on how I can get the missing item. Overall, happy with the laptop but disappointed with the missing accessory.

I bought this because it was supposed to have a backlit keyboard and touchscreen but this does not. I use my laptop mostly at night and really needed/wanted the backlit keyboard, so I feel like this was false advertising on that part. Now, usage wise it's fine. Works fast, good storage and RAM, not clogged up with useless apps etc. so functionally it's great. However, the reason I chose THIS laptop was cause it was supposed to have the feature I wanted most and it didn't. So that is why I am giving 3 stars. If you don't care about the backlit keyboard or touchscreen I would recommend this machine.

I didn't receive USB card. It's not core i5 1335U, it's 1334,U. Packing ok. Dear please provide Microsoft office product key.

It's mention here as a laptop but I received notebook and the performance worst ,when I using continuously 15 minutes it's getting heat
