Light Weight Frame
The frame is light weight which is good bc we cannot use screws/nails on our walls. However, this also means that the frame has plastic instead of glass so the plastic has a deep scratch on it. Still going to use the frame but probably wouldn't buy another one

Charged for a returned item
This item was not as described, it was cream and not white. I requested a refund, which I received. Returned the item but got recharged saying I had failed to return the item which is not true. I have no way of resolving the issue. Very poor amazon when your processes fail
