I bought these to wear with my water shoes. I usually purchase Vionic shoes as they have a built in arch support, but they did not have water shoes I needed. I bought Tevas but they do not have support I need when standing and walking. I put these in and they did the trick! They are comfy and supported my arches. I was in the water for 5 hours and they stayed put! I would recommend for needed arch support if you can't fit or do not want a whole sole arch support. (I am sorry that I do not have photo as the shoes stay on my RV).

I’ve experienced heel pain when walking in any of my shoes for a long while, especially when I’m on work where I’m required to be on my feet for an extended period of time. When trying these shoe inserts, my foot pain decreased and I was able to walk more comfortably with great heel support. It has great cushioning and comfort that has helped me considerably when working, so give this product a try if you are experiencing foot and heel pain when wearing your shoes anywhere, these may be extremely beneficial for you, and at a reasonable price, too. I highly recommend this product.

Both arch supports peeled loose on the 1-month point. I have flat feet and resulting pain. My new sandals are nice, but not supportive enough. These transparent arch supports seem great. I'm not "aware" of them when walking. So far they've endured supermarket shopping, walking in the rain and through puddles, and 100+ heat with no sign of failed adhesion. Lack of foot pain is a good thing.

No idea how these have such a high product review. I got these in hopes of extending the life of some good quality sandals, but ones without arch supports. Quite frankly, they suck. First of all the arch itself is pretty low. Its like... 1/2" maybe. If you put them on the floor and stand on the them, you can barely feel it, and I consider my feet to be pretty flat. Secondly, when you slide your foot into the shoe once its applied, because this material is like a tacky gel with little nubbies for grip, its almost impossible to put on without rolling up the insert from the heel as you slide your foot in. It rolls up, and because its sticky on the bottom, I have to unroll them under my foot before I start walking. Third, they are way too squishy. As you walk on them, the gel moves around, so my foot is almost straining to stay in position on my shoe. Its so bizarre. Lastly, because this is a gel material, once they get wet, game over. Its like trying to walk on wet vinyl. Hope your feet don't sweat at all, or that you get caught in the rain.

These do not stay in the shoe nearly as well as others I have bought.

I have Plantar Fasciitis on my left foot, which has improved, but still bothersome. I needed support when wearing my walking sandals, so wanted something that was not visible. These work great, providing support in my high arch and a little cushion in the heel to take pressure off that area hurting. The adhesive keeps the insert in place. Glad I made this purchase and hope it continues to work well. It comes in a 2 pack, so can change out in the future when needed.

The arch support is too high, and it doesn’t adhere to my shoes well. The gel-like texture feels strange and uncomfortable.

I bought these for my mom who is a woman of a certain age. She is having trouble with her feet as she ages, but refuses to give up her pumps. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much out of these because we had tried similar insoles before. Most of them were so bulky that they made her shoes tight and uncomfortable. These are completely different. The gel insoles are very supportive and really feel great while you are wearing them. They have a low profile so they don't effect how your shoes fit. They are great for fallen arches or plantar fascias. The set includes 2 pair and they have a sticky underside so they stay in place well.
