The Baker's Dozen 100% Whole Wheat Bread - No Maida, No Palm Oil, 400g

Super liked the quality and size of bread pieces. Was delivered fresh and safely by delivery partner in the morning.

Product is good but not organic. Should be made using pure grains and no alter materials.

My review is based on medical point of view If it's true what's written in Nutrition profile then it's good Fat percentage is low 2% , palm oil poses issues in future but patient without gall bladder or with gall stones can consume this bread, since most of the bread the basic techniques to keep it soft is via adding Fat, other thing is moisture but it reduces it's shelf life hence the fat and emulsifiers, added sugar is 1% good for healthy diet, Protein and fibre are 10% and carbohydrates other than sugar is 10g, with salad sandwiches it will further reduce Glycemic index making it healthy bread for diabetic patients. Sodium level is high -salt and Sodium bicarbonate but that's a problem for future, and I am not Hypertensive so won't cause an issue. In short for patients with no gallbladder we had to cut so many things from our palat like cookies, bread, chips, etc there are very less options available in market for us. Thankyou! Freshness, depends on supplier, taste is ok, like a bread, value for health ( money after health) doesn't smell like sourdough, I made toast so it has to be crispy.

The bread tastes nice but the thickness of the slices varies a lot..... it's impossible to toast 2 slices evenly because of that. I hope they buy a better slicing machine.

The bread is very soft & tastes too good! What drew my attention was the ZERO MAIDA, NO PALM OIL, NO PRESERVATIVES & MADE FROM SOURDOUGH! Loved the different taste! Only drawback is that it has a very short shelf life compared to other brands so, has to be consumed within a day or two! Worth the money paid for its nutritional values! Will keep buying whenever it is available in the Amazon Fresh Store! Meant for the health-conscious! Go for it folks!

Worst bread I've ever had in my life, too much of oil. They are advertising as no maida but ingredients has only 52% wheat flour, what else remaining contains and no palm oil but full on sunflower oil in it also very salty. No recommend for anyone. It has soft texture just because there is too much of oil in it.

Perfectly shaped thick slices would buy again the bread was fresh as well
