What s shame. This could be a great book but greed has influenced the publisher who has for some strange reason REPRINTED the first 75 pages of Vol 1 stretched out over the first 96 pages of Vol 2 and also Vol 3. Vol 4 is in the post but I anticipate that that 200 page book will also include 96 pages of REPRINTED text from vol 1. Would have been better to combine all four volumes in one book so the reader is not forced to buy the same 96 pages four times…
