Is it normal for the majority of the pens not to work, like in the box you sold me?

These are really good pens and the pens in my box (bought a while ago now) were perfect. You must have got a faulty box.

Do these come in a box of ten or are they just sent loose?

Yes ;) But seriously, that's what the 150-07 means, model 150, size 07. Also it's in the description - "Broad Tip, 0.7mm Rollerball Writes an 0.4mm Line"
