DC Comics World of Warcraft Series 8 Action Figure Brink Spannercrank & Snaggle

I have recently been picking up a few of the WoW action figures here and there.I needed a couple to start fleshing out my collection and I decided to grab this set because I really like the way the Gnome looks, and the set was dirt cheap.Granted, these two figures are short (the Gnome is slightly shorter than the Kobold Miner, and both are roughly half the height of the typical WoW figure), though this scaling is appropriate given the relative sizes of the characters in-game.The Kobold Miner is surprisingly well detailed, and although the Gnome looks good as well, his detailing is not quite on par with some of the other figures. (Note: The slight lack of detail on the Gnome should by no means deter you from buying this set).The only odd thing about this set is the fact that the Gnome is somewhat poseable. His torso twists, and his arms can move up and down. Though he still can't be considered an action figure by today's standards, it is odd to see a WoW figure that supports this much movement. The articulation does not take away from the figure at all, but it is not a feature that I have chosen to take advantage of. I moved his arms a bit, then put him back in the same pose he is in on the box art.Both figures come with disk stands which means that they have no issues standing up.Overall, this is a great set (especially for the money) and it can add a little variety to any collection of WoW figures.

The only reason why we gave this "DC Unlimited WoW" 2 pack a rating of 4/5 is because it was listed as "action figure/s." This is not true. Although meticulously well sculpted w/ excellent detail -as is to be expected by DC Unlimited- & although my husband & sons are pleased overall, the 4/4 stars is because they are NOT articulated. They are mini statures, & come with stands to be displayed. /:-\ Slightly disappointed.
