Faulty Ethernet connector design
This 2 year old computer has excellent performance and features, however 1 Ethernet connector pin is bent, thus no wired Ethernet. I would avoid this generation of laptops, because the Ethernet connector has a drop down section to accept a standard RJ45 connector. Previous generation laptops were thicker and used a solid full height RJ45 connector. Current generation laptops have no RJ45 Ethernet connectors, they use small USBc connectors. USBc to RJ45 adapters use a solid full height RJ45 connector, thus I expect no mechanical issues using the adapters. This is the first Ethernet connector fault I can recall in over 30 years. I will never again buy a product with an RJ45 connector that uses a drop down section, regardless of manufacturer.

Good deal!
Nice display, good amount of memory, dedicated graphics card and SSD. Comes with Windows 10 Pro, but the upgrade to Windows 11 is free. No bloatware to uninstall. Fingerprint reader built into power button and it works pretty good.
