Don’t buy a pride scooter because they don’t honor their warranty. I purchased the pride go go scooter and used it 2 days. I noticed the battery indicator kept jumping between full charge and half charge. It was very erratic. Well I turned it off and the next day I tried to turn it on to use it and nothing, it was totally dead. I plugged it in to the charger and again nothing. It would not charge. I took it to where I bought it from and they replaced the batteries and handed my a $224 bill. I said WHAT! It’s brand new and it’s defective. The guy tells me I must have charged it wrong. I told him I didn’t even get a chance to charge it and it was the first time I tried. He said well if you charge it wrong it voids the warranty. I said “hello” I didn’t get a chance to charge it because it wouldn’t take the charge. I’m out $224 on a brand new scooter that I had for 2 days use. Don’t buy a pride scooter. You’ve been warned.

This is a wonderful little scooter that turns on a dime. It is not meant to go on uneven surfaces as it will tip over other then that I just love my little GoGo.
