My Manitowoc ice machine is awesome!
I did have a problem with the machine but saying that, this company did everything possible to take care of the problem. It was really wonderful working with them. They made it fairly easy and took care of everything! Thank you so much!💓

Not made in Manitowoc, Wi.
Now made in Mexico- only the rebuilds are fixed in Manitowoc. That's a long journey Mexico to Wi. and sold to you. Manitowoc does not sell refurbished machines- I guess. Manitowoc once had 400 employees in production, now less than 50. And those 50 repair ice machines.

Arrived packaged well, no damage. Ice machine works well and have had no problems, been a few weeks since installed
