Really cool upgrade for your car. I was expecting the quality to not be as good due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised. Workmanship and fitment were spot on. Comes with everything you need to get it working plus online instructions for installation. Has worked well for a few months now. Fairly easy to navigate however it does take some learning going in between the standard BMW system and the Android system. I would recommend this product due to craftsmanship quality and price. I'll take some pictures and add them at a later date.

Great product but I did run into some issues when it came to syncing the OEM infotainment. I had to play with the “CAN” basically finding which BMW setting matches my OEM infotainment. I would suggest that you use “All other BMW” when trying to find which one matches. There were no instructions to figure out how to switch between XTRONS and OEM infotainment. It worked for me, hopes this works for you.

This item worked well for about 6 months. The right side of the screen started having issues with the color and flickering in and out. This happened more often the colder it was outside. I worked with the seller and ended up exchanging the unit for a 12.3" xtron unit. Yes i requested the smaller unit as an exchange instead and i am much happier with the smaller version! overall id buy another one!!

This massive 14.9 in display absolutely blew me away with the size. I mean talk about an upgrade. This is the one. Smooth interface, crisp, clean, responsive, fast I installed this thing probably 3 hours after getting it in the mail I was so excited and they did not disappoint at all OEM fit no modifications required and fits perfect. What an upgrade! Great stuff

UPDATE#2: Xtrons has been very helpful and perhaps it was just a fluke that the connector in my purchase was bad. I'm getting a new unit that will hopefully solve the problem. UPDATE: My review is not showing up, but I'll update any way. I contacted Xtrons and they responded quickly, but the only response was a better picture of the wiring. That doesn't help as I feel the connector in their harness is no good. FWIW I have an Electrical Engineering degree and have worked with similar connectors for nearly 30 years. I will probably just box this back up and return it as this may be a good product, but I can't tell with poor QC and worse Customer Service. So far I'm not impressed. A lot of great reviews of this unit so perhaps when my issue is resolved I can update this review in a positive light. Following various YT videos I took my dash apart, but ran into a snag when I unplugged the fiber optic cable. It will not click into the Xtrons connector harness. It does fit perfectly, but will not lock into place so it will just pull right out. I can still click it back into the BMW plug so I don't believe I damaged anything. Hopefully Xtrons can send new wiring harness, but I just wasted a lot of time and now have to put the dash back together until I can try a new wiring harness. Not happy and so far I can't recommend this unit.

First time installing a screen in a bmw. It is quite easy following YouTube instructions. The unit itself looks an amazing. CarPlay works well with and iPhone 14. I have run into a couple issues though. I put in a data sim from Verizon and it recognized the sim but did not have any service. USB tethering is greyed out and I cannot find a fix how to utilize it. Reached out to the seller and waiting for a reply.

Came very fast. The screen is very HD. Very good quality. Install process a bit a pain but you can do it yourself. 10//10 definitely recommend getting this.
