good
microphone and receiver are made of plastic but the price is not bad i bought used for 67 dollars on amazon sounds decent I compared with shur betta 58 it seems, but a little worse, the distance from the receiver went very far beyond the walls and the sound did not disappear I figured out why it was returned back before I bought it. the microphone head itself is simply tucked into a plastic circle and is attached only due to the cone and friction when the microphone was sent, the microphone head got out very close to the grid, it walked a little, so the signal was very loud and gave distortion when singing loudly when I put the microphone in place, the distortion went away and the sound became normal just who has this microphone or is going to buy, keep in mind the microphone head is not screwed on, but inserted, and sometimes if the microphone is hit or it was poorly tolerated, the microphone head can move forward to the grid and distortions will go from the voice. you unscrew the protective mesh and push the microphone head into place everyone will be lucky.

Nice mic
Bought one for our church been using it for 2 months now and it works great. The only thing that I don't like is the volume button should not be there, everytime someone that is no familiar with the microphone use it press the volume button up and creates a lot of feedback. I think they should place it un othe position

Line of sight?!
Bought this for an outdoor event for announcements and a vocalist. Tested 15 minutes before show and it sounded crisp, clear & perfect out past 150 ft. Then the crowd showed up, standing room only. Signal broke up horribly. Total embarrassment. Used it later with fewer people, it was great again. Apparently the signal is so weak, the fact that there were people between the mic and the receiver made it crap out under 100 ft. I guess this only works if the transmitter and receiver can see each other. If that works for your stage, it sounds great. If you expect anyone to walk around with it, buy something else.
