Don't you hate it when you buy a book and at the end of a decent narrative all.of a sudden it ends and you have to buy the next book to see how it ends...but wait ..there's no end there either and you go through book 3, book 4, and now I am looking for book 5, ...etc. and its still not done! Its a decent story yes , good characters but this new method of writing cliff hanger fiction is really so 1930'...and there was a very good reason why that style of writing went out of public interest...the public readership...we get irritated and bored...both bad things in a writers resume.. This k about it...

A more intense and eventful part of the series. The ending was pretty good. Looking forward to seeing what happens next.

I want more of max ,Mandy and John. EMP survival books are so interesting and this one fits the bill.

I really like these books, but I finally had to say something.In the book the author describes the weapons the people have as, deer hunting rifles, shotgun, hand gun and "ASSAULT RIFLE".THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A ASSAULT RIFLE.That said, assault rifle is a political word and is wrong. Anything that is AR does NOT mean assault rifle. Those that use those words are looked at as ignorant.AR stands for ArmaLite Rifle, which is who first made AR15.Please don't trust a politician to get it right. If you write a book or even an article about guns, do research.Other than that, the books so far are really good

Have read the first four books and the characters and plot just continues to pull you into the story! Looking forward to continuing the series which I already purchased!

I do not like giving a book review after every book I read.I have enjoyed every book so far. I just don' like telling it every time I just want to get to the next book.

Could not put down. Great end of world read.Moving on to the next book now and looking forward to it.

Lots of action! Some tense situation.

Compound Men, Melitia, all with guns out for themselves, the 6 survivors still traveling looking for a safe place. Then another 2 survivors, looking for the 6. Pot farmers with guns, more out for themselves. Will the 2, find the 6. Read on.
