I have struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep for 20+ years. I have taken everything from Melatonin, to OTC sleeping pills, to Rx sleeping pills. All of them would either not help at all, wouldn't keep me asleep through the night, or make me incredibly groggy in the mornings. I also didn't like the idea of having to take a prescription sleeping pill every night to get a good nights rest (even if I woke up groggy).A friend tried these since she was starting to experience sleeplessness at night as well. She raved about how great they were but I was skeptical; Low melatonin and mostly other stuff I didn't really know what it would do for sleep. I was also hesitant to try it out at $50 a container. But she kept raving about these and bought me a jar and I decided to try it on a Friday night, just in case they didn't do anything for me, I could nap on Saturday.Friday night I took these 30 minutes before I was planning on going to bed. I was already falling asleep on the sofa before the 30 minutes was up. Went to bed, and was out until my 6am alarm. Woke up and didn't have that sleeping pill hangover.A skeptic, I thought, well I had a long, busy day on Friday, so maybe it was just luck. Did the same Saturday night. Took the three (3) pills at 8:30 and my 9pm I could barely keep my eyes open. Was out solid until 6am.I have now purchased my own container and every night it is about the same result - take it 30 minutes before I plan to go to bed and I'm struggling to stay awake to get to bed.I get it, for some people $50 a month is more than they can afford - that's real. I think I would pay double that for the quality sleep I am getting and without the morning fog.Hoping that my body doesn't get used to this and they become ineffective.

This is a great product for the price! Really helps calm & relax you to help you fall asleep

It does just what it says it does! It took a few days and just sticking consistent but this helped me get back to sleeping well and not feeling groggy in the morning. The only thing I didn’t love was how many you need to take. Would recommend!

I have a very high tolerance towards medicine and so what I will say is, the first few nights that I took it, it worked great. But after that, I couldn’t really tell a difference. I’m the same person that can take ambien and it does nothing for me.

Doesn't work.. Been taking for 2 weeks with no sleep improvement at all.. Overpriced too..

UPDATE: PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had an issue with my product and within a few days I had a replacement out in the mail. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my product.Original post: I couldn’t wait to get this in, and once it did I was let down. The “Best Buy” date is 20 days ago, and I know with natural supplements you really need to stick to that date as closely as possible. And of course when I go into my account to process a return or even an exchange, I’m unable to as it’s “non refundable”My advice, buy off BODI website instead. You may have to wait longer, but you'll get better, non expired product.

Such a good option for a sleep aid and rest! Works great, easy to use, and great value.
