UPDATE: inaccurate on delivery... needed calibration (costing extra)
It seems my issues with this product were down to it being inaccurate out of the box. I have since paid extra for the calibration kit, calibrated the unit and it gives very different results. The ORP meter was off by 110 mV!If it needs to be calibrated for first use - even in a small number of cases - then it should come with the first single-use calibration kit included.

Expensive but so far worth the money
Takes the guess work out of maintaining the water in your hot tub. It takes readings every hour and sends them to the cloud via your wifi so you can easily monitor how your water quality changes over time allowing you to add the correct amount of chemicals. App works well and there updates for both the device and app. App provides advice on weight and type of chemical to add to keep water quality in the ideal range.
