The media could not be loaded.  I'd been wanting to get one of these ice makers for quite some time, and when the one in our fridge died, I decided NOW was the time. So far, I really like it. It took me a bit to figure it all out, but it really is super simple to set up and use. I was over thinking things. The main thing to know is that the power light is a solid BLUE when it's on.. not a flashing blue, and the instructions aren't really clear on that fact. I believe the first time I used it, there was air in the lines and it was clearing itself of that. All three lights were flashing blue, and things were happening inside, but no ice. Without knowing exactly what to expect, I was unsure how to proceed. I eventually turned it off and back on, and it started making ice. It's very quiet, and makes ice as quickly as it claims. Be SURE not to fill the water tank all the way to the line, or your new ice made will lay in water when it drops into the ice tray. You'll also need to let it set flat upright for 24 hours before use. There is a silicone plug in the bottom of the tank to drain any left over water. And honestly that's all there is to it. Put the water in and wait.. empty the ice bin when it gets full. Check the water level occasionally to be sure it's high enough for the pump to work. Excellent price, looks nice, and it even makes the good kind of tube ice. Very pleased with this purchase. I'm including a quick video of how it works.

The media could not be loaded.  My family thought we were out of luck when our fridge did not have an ice maker. No more balancing water in ice trays on the way to the freezer for us!! This ice maker is amazing! Really great price, and super easy to use. Just fill to the line and go. Less than 10 minutes later we have ice cold drinks. Not loud; all we hear is a low humming. The self cleaning feature is a nice bonus as well. We are really loving the shape of the ice that comes out as well. Good size well that keeps ice cold and solid for quite a while after it's made. Maker is more tall that long which is also nice for counter space. If anyone is considering a counter top ice maker, this would be the one to get!

This ice maker is great but beeps when it runs out of water (very noisy) I have to get up and unplug it in the middle of the night when it beeps.

Ice cube trays always seem to be in the way in the freezer, and I always seem to be out of ice.. It's nice to have fresh ice cubes in a matter of minutes without having to run to the store.. I use cold filtered tap water and my cbes taste fine.. The first set of cubes are a bit small, but the next set and beyond are the perfect size for drinks.. I like that it don't really take up any more space than a coffee pot, so I can leave it on the counter. Or I can run it for an hour, store the ice in a container in the freezer, and put it back in the box and store it in the closet ( again not taking up more space than a spare coffee pot)..

We realized we needed this when we kept running out of ice at Thanksgiving when making mixed drinks for our guests - but what I thought was going to be something I’d pull out for parties ended up being one of my favorite gadgets to keep the office freezer topped off with ice throughout the week.This is super easy to use - the very definition of plug and play - just add water and push a button and in less than 10 minutes you have a handful of the cutest little ice cubes you’ve ever seen. It’s fun to watch this machine work - it dips these super cooled rods into the water which then freezes around it, leaving a little hole in the middle of the ice cube. These little holes make the ice great for cooling down your drinks fast as the beverages go in and out and all around more ice surface area.Once the ice cubes are solid they are dropped into a slotted thermal holding tray and they stay pretty cool until you are ready to use them or put them in a freezer - but if they melt at all the water is used to make more ice cubes. This has been great for when I have people over, I don’t have to empty my regular freezer ice dispenser or send anyone to the store - this manages to make the perfect amount to fill the cocktail shaker whenever it’s time to make another round of drinks. Plus, when I’m not entertaining I use it in my work break room and run it once a week to fill up the large ice container in our freezer - all my coworkers love it since we don’t have to fight over who to blame for forgetting to fill up the ice tray after using it.

We have had this ice maker a year and a half and it has stopped working. The motor has burnt out and the plastic pieces inside have just split and broken. It grows horribly mold in places you can’t clean. Save your money. Don’t buy this ice maker. It makes a lot of noise and isn’t worth it. We reached out to the seller and have been ignored.

Great Ice Maker!Build Quality:- My unit was built very well; no imperfections- Unit has some nice weight to it.- The finish is plastic, however it looks like brushed aluminum and looks very clean and sleek.Ease of Use:- This unit is EXTREMELY easy to use! You fill it up with water and there's literally like one button to press.- It makes ice automatically and has a built-in infrared sensor. The sensor checks when the ice bucket is full and stops making ice once it's full.- After you scoop some ice out, the machine will start up again and make more ice- Unit comes with its own little ice scoop. It's very cute and also thoughtful of them to include one. It hangs right on the side of the ice machine so you don't lose it and is right there when you need it!Conclusion- Very solid Ice making machine. Simple to use and gives us a constant amount of ice. It's amazing for parties! We used it for our Thanksgiving gathering this past week and everyone loved the shape of the ice cubes. Great compliment getter and conversation starter! :)

This ice maker is fast and the reservoir is spacious, however, the ice bin doesn’t fit the machine correctly causing it to prematurely stop making ice long before its full.
