This little piece really does make the stock strap much more comfortable. It is easily removable and fits in a small case for travel. A nice little buy if looking for a small comfort upgrade without the bulk of an elite style strap.

I wasn’t sure from reading the other reviews if this could fix the back of the head hold that plagued many VR headsets.Having tried a LOT of combos. It’s important to know a few things about head straps and accessories.1. Everyone’s face and head is different.2. A more comfortable fit may be looser but lose stability with more aggressive games3. Setup may work well for some games but not others depending on where you’re looking.I got this strap to see if it would help fix the eye pressure situation with an Abuko battery strap.This is a solid strap but the head cradle is poor.This product comes in a weave and a clip solution.The weave won’t work with the battery headstraps so I purchased the clip version.The clip was able to fit over the stock head strap but couldn’t tighten enough to get a secure fit for standing VR.For seated VR was fine, possibly more comfortableFor standing it wasn’t able to tighten enough without falling especially looking down to pick items up like in walk about, Asgard wrath, Arizona sunshine…etc.This product seems to be a head saver for the stock strap, I didn’t try it with that as I’m needing a battery headstrap as balancing weight a big issue for me as I have high cheek bones.For me I’ve tried face cover solutions, facial interface solutions, different headstrap and I’d say if you just got a quest and don’t want to invest more than 15 dollars on a way to make the strap more comfortable this could be a solid solution.If you’re someone spending hours in VR golfing, shooting, seated, playing townsmen VR, power washing on quest 3 then you’ll probably want a pressure relieving headset with offset balance.

I'm the outcast in saying that I enjoyed using the stock Quest strap, one main advantage is that you can use it lying when watching content, other straps in the likes of the elite strap, kiwi design, bobovr, etc.. you can't really lay down with them comfortably. This strap pad makes it 10x more comfortable even in workout games like LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT and Supernatural. I highly recommend it!

If you are broke after buying the quest 3 or waiting for bobovr m3 to get back in stock, this is a cheap alternative to make the head strap so much more comfortable. The quest 3 should have came with something like this.
