I couldn't find this in my local hardware store. Ordered on line and it arrive really quick and I was able to fix the problem.

Cheap stuff, get something better from your local hardware. These are made so cheap even tears before installation.

Very nice pipe w/flashing
This is a great kit, seals very nicely - it is a little more expesnive than I have seen in some other places however it is also a little nicer than some of the others I have used. This is a nice little roof vent - seals nicely around vent pipe and onto roofing. Included screws work as expected. This is a great kit - only complaint would be the price - however it isn't bad overall as it is designed to seal all the way around.
