I have severe acid reflux so much that it scared my esophagus until it ruptured a few years ago. I since was told about how bad I had acid reflux and knew I had to get something to help keep things down. This pillow is very comfortable. I am impressed by it's ability to feel like memory foam, yet you don't sink into it and offers support on my back which was a plus. I definitely encourage buying the extra pillow cases, they're nice a soft as well. Worth every penny. The different sizes are very helpful. I didn't know which one to go for really. I am 6'2 and I wanted something I could sleep on and also use to sit up in bed. I went with the 10 In one. It was perfect for sitting up and maybe even sleep, yet I'd go for a size or more smaller if you're interested in just using it for sleep only. Any bigger I think it really would be mostly for sitting up, but definitely still would be comfortable to dose off on. Of course for me I couldn't sleep that high, but maybe other people are already accustomed to sleeping with a wedge so whatever suits ya I guess. :)

It was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep on top of this pillow. I tried it for a whole month and didn't work. I had body aches the next morning. I decided to give it another try, but only using the small long pillow and to my surprise, it worked! That's the only reason I didn't return this huge pillow. My husband says that I'm not snoring anymore. At the end is case by case and pure luck.

Recently had surgery and could not lay flat. This was the perfect answer to my problem was able to get out of bed with little effort and no pain. Well made very comfortable

The pillow itself is well made, however the design just doesn't work for my body size. I do like it as a support pillow while reading. I am going to attempt to modify it and if i can make it work.Overall it's just too large for me, I would suggest making small, medium and large sizes.

Worst toxic chemical smell ever!!!! It was only in the room for less than 5 minutes and after it was removed the room still has a very strong chemical smell from the pillow!! That can't be safe or healthy!! The foam pillow itself was very cheaply made and no it glued evenly. It was also too soft for support and way too small for an average person!! If you are 5 feet or less it would work. At only 5'8" when my head was on it the bottom didn't even reach mid back and it's supposed to go to your lower back to suppot you properly. Worst pillow I've tried!

Like the size and price. Yes it’s a bit odiferous, let air out couple days and smell is gone. It’s firm, take a little getting used to, only 2 nights so far. Much cheaper than medcline pillows. Pillow cover is soft. Happy with purchase.

After a few days of using this wedge pillow I found that it's very helpful. My wife says she barely hears me when I'm sleeping so the angle of the wedge pillow is definitely working. And the smaller pillow is great for my lower legs or as a small pillow when I'm wathcing TV.

Use this for comfortable sleeping, Relieves back pain, very easy to use.
