Came on time and great quality

Might be a little premature for a review, but took 1 tablet of 750mg this morning, I've never taken creatine before.. and seemed to to have more energy for my runs, I usually walk and jog, but jogging farther than before.. I'll update, but honestly surprised.

This is the best product I have ever purchased on Amazon, it packs a punch , makes you feel good about your self , takes away the blues , sometimes I wonder where the energy is coming from.

I figured I would give this a try. I have been using their powdered Creatine Monohydrate and figured this would be easier for days that I was not doing a pre-workout mix.Pros: Pills are easy to take and add into my vitamin rotation. Doesn't need mixing.Cons: While it is 240 pills, you need 6 pills a day when you are at load. That makes it 40 days.You do get a better total value from their powdered (120 servings at just over $0.20 a serving vs 40 Servings at about $0.57 a serving). And the powder is 5g vs the 4.5g this is. If ease of use maters more to you go for this. I may be mixing my use of the 2 in the future, powder for my 4 gym days and these for my 3 rest and when I travel.

Other than that, these are fantastic! This brand is great and is tested by Informed Sport, so we know that there are no banned substances, and there's creatine in these! It's great. They're easy to swallow and manage; I just hate that I have to swallow 6 to get a full serving. Still, good value for servings and third party tested is such a big win.

Uncomfortable to swallow. I also did not particularly enjoy the smell and after taste for a monohydrate creatine, that’s rare to me. I have used this kind of creatine for years and this is one of the only products i did not enjoy. The pill is large and despite the capsule being ideal, it’s not ideal to swallow. As stated from the start. I did feel I was getting good results however.

If you don't mind swallowing 5 pills, this takes the mess out of using that fine powder. The creatine is monohydrate and high quality. I've been using it for a long while now and can tell my pumps are better and healing is quicker, plus the extra water gain helps to make my muscles look bigger (and of course recover quicker). The pills have no taste, and aren't too large. I just get them down with some water and my breakfast meal.

Pills are the easiest way for me to take creatine. I don't care for the gummies and powder is hard for me to get down. These are easy to take, and really help me lift a little extra and maximize my workouts.
